These ideals have guided every aspect of our work—from medical care and logistical coordination to finance and communications since MSF was established in 1971.Position OverviewThe Coordinator of Foundations and Corporations Partnerships supports the Foundations and Corporate Partnerships Team through engagement, recognition, and acknowledgement of MSF Canada’s professional foundations and corporate donors. Working closely with the Fundraising team, the Coordinator stewards and administers all corporate and foundation donors and prospects, mapping and coordinating a comprehensive stewardship program that strives to exceed donor expectations and effectively communicate MSF’s operations and values.ResponsibilitiesProduce stewardship reports, cultivation solicitation, and stewardship materials.Create donor communications such as acknowledgement letters, tax receipts, operational updates, and personalized updates.Manage relationships and programs with Third‑Party Aggregators (TPAs), federated giving partners, and matching‑gifts vendors.Provide administrative support to the Corporate Partnership Team, including mail sorting, coding, receipting, data transfers, gift processing, and other necessary tasks.QualificationsThe successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada:Experience performing basic administrative tasks with Microsoft Office applications.Customer / donor service experience or a similar front‑end role.Database management skills and familiarity with fundraising software.Fluency in English.Education or a combination of training and experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or a related field.BenefitsStarting 4 weeks of vacation per year.Access to an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).Flexible work hours and a hybrid working model (minimum 40 % in office).Accessible open‑concept shared office space with bookable workstations (sit/stand desks, swivel chair, laptop with dock, and dual monitors) and various sized meeting rooms.Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.5 % RRSP contribution (no employee matching required).Health Spending Account.Lifestyle Spending Account.Group insurance (Life, Dependent Life, AD&D).Peace of Mind plan (prescription drug coverage, accidental dental, hospital care, etc.).Annual professional development budget.Positive and innovative office culture based on humaneness, integrity, and results.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; MSF Canada is not able to support or relocate candidates from outside Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
