- Propose and implement concrete solutions for attracting & acquiring talent (search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate sources of recruitment);
- Stay abreast of new market trends and use best practices to develop creative position marketing strategies and update our recruitment tools accordingly (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests, management, and talent attraction platform);
- Coordinate various projects and events to promote our employer brand;
- Leverage social platforms to engage candidates through LinkedIn and other sites
- Staying current on the company's organizational structure, policies, and employment practices.
- Must possess the ability to represent and sell the company's services to potential clients.
- Must possess the ability to bring new clients to the company.
- Must have previous Sales and Marketing experience.
