About the Job: Pro Grace Dentistry is seeking an energetic and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating patients' experiences and ensuring they receive excellent customer service. This role involves working closely with the dentist and the clinical team to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries, including leads from web marketing platforms and new patient referrals.
  • Manage patient records and billing through insurance, including calling insurance providers for estimates and care services.
  • Present a breakdown of benefits and treatment costs to patients.
  • Perform follow-ups, recall appointments, and pre-determinations using our Dental Software and other systems

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong team-building skills and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Dental Experience (Preferred)
