We are currently looking for experienced LPNs. Reporting to the Care Manager, the LPN is responsible for providing caring and compassionate support to seniors who need assistance in caring for themselves. The LPN will provide support to clients in their own homes.

Skills and Abilities:

As an LPN with Care at Home by ExquisiCare, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

A post-secondary education in a nursing program (LPN). With 2 years of related experience
Knowledge of mental wellness practices to provide loving, compassionate and effective care.
Knowledge of First Aid techniques needed to assess and treat injuries.
Fluent in the English language, with the ability to comprehend instructions and communicate in a clear and logical manner.
Ability to actively listen, identify needs, and provide solutions to your client.
Recognize and understand emotions and handle situations with empathy and compassion
Build and maintain cooperative and constructive relationships with the client and family

Other qualifications include:

First Aid Certification
A valid Class 5 Drivers License and proper vehicle insurance coverage.
A current criminal record check.
The physical and mental wellness to handle the daily needs and activities of the client.
Experience with dementia clients

Caregiver Traits:
