Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate, UiPath Studio, and Orchestrator to optimize and streamline business processes.
  2. Design, develop, and customize Power Apps, canvas apps, model-driven apps, logic apps and Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve productivity.
  3. Work alongside business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop UiPath and Power Platform solutions tailored to their needs.
  4. Implement and maintain security controls, such as user permissions, OAuth tokens, and multi-factor authentication (MFA), in automation workflows.
  5. Monitor and maintain existing flows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance as necessary.
  6. Build reusable components and templates that can be leveraged across multiple automation solutions.
  7. Leverage UiPath Advance features like Action center, Document Understanding, and Test Suite to automate business processes via unattended and attended bots.
  8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing UiPath automation workflows.
  9. Adhere to best practices in RPA development, including code readability, modularization, reusability, and error handling. Conduct code reviews and establish RPA standards for optimized performance and maintainability.

Skills and Experience

  1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform, and UiPath development for business process automations.
  2. At least 5 years of experience with REST API, SOAP, and JSON for custom integrations and triggers.
  3. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate expressions, and Power Query.
  4. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
  5. Familiarity with Power Platform administration, governance, and security such as permissions, user authentication (OAuth2), and compliance in Power Automate.
  6. Experience leveraging PowerShell Scripting, Power Fx, JavaScript, for advanced automation logic.
  7. Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing Power Automate workflows.
  8. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum required.
  9. Experience with the following would be considered an asset:
  • Microsoft Copilot, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, to optimize workflows.
  • Development in Power Automate Desktop Flows.
  • Azure services, Logic Apps and Azure Functions for extended automation capabilities.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions and UiPath workflows with other Microsoft products such as Service Now, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
