Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend virtual client meetings to create employment documents.
  • Stay updated on HR and employment law.
  • Manage workload according to policies and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Advise clients on documentation and identify risks.
  • Complete required e-learning.

Requirements:

  • CHRP (or CHRL) certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
