Landmark est à la recherche d'un conseiller juridique pour se joindre à notre organisation dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé de paternité d'un an pour notre bureau de Montréal.
Nous recherchons un conseiller juridique spécialisé dans le domaine de l'immobilier commercial et de la location. Le candidat retenu sera principalement responsable de rédiger, réviser, et négocier des ententes en louage commercial (baux, renouvellements, modifications de bail, offres d'achat, estoppels, etc.) Rédiger et préparer des documents de biens immobiliers, tels que des offres de location, des baux commerciaux, des avenants et d'autres documents juridiques et en louage commercial.
Expérience de minimum trois (3) ans en immobilier commercial et en rédaction de documents commerciaux en tant qu’avocat.
Capacité à travailler en anglais et en français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
