KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To provide an unforgettable experience for all our customers whether it be instore, over the phone, at the tasting bar, or during events
  • Organizes all in store events, classes and tastings including set up, take down, food, promotional items, tickets and samples
  • Creates and maintains relationships with reps while coordinating with them for events
  • Communicates with Head Office to facilitate any initiatives or directives from them and vice versa to ensure EventBrite is up to date
  • Utilizing your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers
  • Enthusiastically make all customers aware of current sales, promotions and any upcoming events that may be of interest to them.
  • Maintains an event catalogue/binder, keeping it organized and accurate
  • Works with local businesses and members of the community to drive traffic into the store with partnerships and events
  • Complying with all Serving It Right ID laws
