The Role: Asia Sourcing Manager, OEM and Composite (PVC)

We are seeking an Asia Sourcing Manager, OEM and Composite (PVC) to lead a dedicated team, strategically managing our external partners and vendors in Asia. Reporting to the Director, Global Sourcing and Supply, you'll play a key role in executing purchasing responsibilities and ensuring optimal production allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

· Lead and develop a team of Ordering Specialists and Purchasing Coordinators

· Coach and manage team performance, fostering a high level of engagement

· Strengthen intra-team relationships, optimizing capabilities and productivity

Order Fulfillment:

· Analyze customer orders and design container configurations

· Collaborate with Sales teams for order completion

· Maintain and monitor all Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy

· Coordinate with China office for timely order completion

· Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors

Vendor/Partner Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

· Collaborate with Asia Quality Control team to ensure product quality and on-time deliveries

· Source new vendors and initiate product development

· Ensure vendor compliance with industry and government regulations.

Administration, Analysis, and Reporting:

· Update and maintain vendor CRM

· Develop metrics/ reporting as necessary

· Demonstrate flexibility to work across time zones for the Asian market

· Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and lead in implementing changes

· Approve supplier invoices for payment

Requirements:

Must-Have:

· 3-5 years of sourcing, purchasing, or procurement experience

· Fluency in Mandarin and English

· Work experience based in Mainland China

· General aptitude for Office 365 products and technology in general

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

· Demonstrated effective management and leadership skills

· Highly organized and skilled at prioritizing work deliverables and adhering to tight deadlines

Nice-to-Have:

· CSCP designation or project management skills

· Relevant industry experience (Millwork/Lumber)

· College/University Degree in Supply Chain Management

· Hands-on experience with Epicor BisTrack or similar ERP system
