L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre engagement constant à offrir une expérience inoubliable à notre clientèle prestigieuse, nous recherchons un(e) Adjoint(e) Directeur(trice) Room Service passionné(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe.

MISSIONS

  1. Superviser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes du service de Room Service.
  2. Assurer la qualité et l'excellence des prestations offertes à nos clients.
  3. Manager et motiver l'équipe afin de garantir un service personnalisé et irréprochable.
  4. Participer à la formation continue des collaborateurs.
  5. Gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements en collaboration avec les fournisseurs.
  6. Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  7. Contribuer à l'optimisation des coûts et à la gestion des budgets.
  8. Analyser les retours clients et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
  9. Collaborer avec les autres départements de l'hôtel pour assurer une harmonie et une fluidité dans le service.

Qualifications
  1. Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en hôtellerie-restauration ou équivalent.
  2. Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un établissement de luxe.
  3. Vous avez de solides compétences en gestion et management d'équipe.
  4. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais ; une troisième langue serait un atout.
  5. Vous possédez une excellente présentation et avez le sens du détail.
  6. Vous êtes flexible, réactif(ve) et savez gérer les situations d'urgence avec sang-froid.
  7. Votre passion pour le service et votre sens de l'accueil sont vos principaux atouts.
