The Company is in search of a dynamic Regional Vice President for Western Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various branches across three provinces, with a primary focus on driving sales targets and fostering profitable growth. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in people management, particularly in distribution and sales environments.

The RVP will be expected to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, engage in direct business development activities, and ensure operational excellence by adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Employee performance management and development are also key aspects of the role, including the creation of annual business plans and the setting of individual employee goals aligned with corporate strategy.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should possess a post-secondary education, a minimum of 10 years' experience in people management, and a strong background in building products.
