Our client is looking to onboard Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition on contract basis for 3 months working on-site in Toronto location. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with workday is preferred.
