As a Customer Service Representative at Vivid, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will engage with customers directly to promote our products and services during retail and pop-up events, ensuring they have a memorable experience while helping drive our sales goals.

The Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that align with Vivid’s offerings. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our events effectively promote our products and create positive customer experiences.

Engage with customers at retail and pop-up events to promote and sell products and services.
Build meaningful relationships with customers, sponsors, and community members to ensure they feel appreciated and valued.
Conduct face-to-face interactions to inform individuals about our products and services.
Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
A genuine passion for helping customers and improving our community.

Success in this role is measured by achieving or exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to a positive team environment. The Customer Service Sales Representative is essential to Vivid's sales strategy, driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role supports the organization’s goals by promoting our products and services, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience at every touchpoint.
