The position is based in our charming, dog-friendly, brick-and-beam office space at Yonge & Dundas. We work 2-3 days a week in the office in a hybrid set-up.
Currently, PUSH is excited to add a key individual to its growing team We are looking for an energetic, well-versed, and experienced self-starter to join as Campaign Manager. They will be 100% responsible for digital campaign management across several clients at PUSH. This is a unique position that allows for a vertical integration across all channels, empowering the Campaign Manager with full visibility and access to campaign performance. This is a truly integrated 360 campaign management role as we do not believe in delivering results in silo. Great campaigns required experts that understand customer behaviour and can deliver on it effectively and efficiently.
The Campaign Manager must strive to have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and directly manage digital campaigns in programmatic, social and search. The Campaign Manager will work across various media platforms and be responsible for setting up managing and reporting on campaign performance. They will report into the Supervisor of Growth and Performance and also work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales and Leadership teams to understand client’s objectives, deliver outstanding campaign performance and deliver performance insights that will drive business decisions for the clients.
The perfect PUSH candidate can:
· Expertly lead digital campaigns with a specialty in Programmatic and hands on experience in Search and Social Media Marketing, actively executing and managing campaigns from brief to fruition
· Keenly observe, track, and analyze data throughout a campaign’s life cycle
· Pace multiple budgets and platforms simultaneously while reconciling all media spends at the end of each month
· Collaborate with leadership team on strategy and coordinate campaign benchmarks, projections, and success metrics
· Proactively manage operational briefs while coordinating tasks and teams (internal, satellite, and third party)
· Follow and improve processes and take accountability for meeting strategic objectives
· Create and manage client-facing reporting documents that are insightful and easy to read
· Actively evolve and implement higher standards, relevant best practices, smarter policies, and efficient procedures
Experience:
· 2-5 years of work in performance media, specifically with paid search, display, social, video and ecommerce
· Proven implementation and successful management of paid media and other online marketing campaigns
· Reporting and insights skills are important, Data Studio or Power BI and experience with other reporting platforms
· Operational experience coordinating campaigns among teams and experts
· Previous work with bid management, scripts, plugins, attribution analysis, and audience segmentation is an asset
· Programmatic experience is a must
· Google and Facebook certifications are an asset
· Search, social media marketing, and ecom experience are an asset
