As a Senior AI Designer, you will play a key role in developing Behaviour’s next wave of PC/Console titles. In this position, you will collaborate closely with other disciplines, leveraging your creativity and technical expertise to design AI systems and enemy behaviors for a AAA game currently in development with a renowned external partner.In this role you will:
  • Play a key role in developing a compelling and impactful third-person action experience;
  • Design, implement, collaborate and iterate on non-human AI enemies;
  • Participate in regular playtests and feedback sessions;
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and artists;
  • Help to define & plan complex systems on the long term.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience with advanced systems & behaviors that manage AI at runtime such as:
  • AI Behavior trees, NavMesh/Flying locomotion, Blueprint, data & animation integration;
  • Comfortable with AI scalability and balancing;
  • Experience with Unreal Editor 4/5;
  • 8+ years of industry experience and/or shipped games with advanced and noticeable AI behaviors;
  • Experience with Open World and third-person action shooter/melee games;
  • Enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary work that brings an experience to life.
