Customer Service Representative( Remotely )

About the role As a Customer Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer®. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing.
How you will make an impact:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
We’re looking for someone with
High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
It’d be great if you are
Self-motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
