Role Summary
The Channel Marketing Specialist assumes a pivotal role in defining, executing, and optimizing our B2B channel marketing strategies to align with the overall business goals and objectives. This multifaceted position encompasses strategic planning, execution, analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to stimulate demand, generate leads, and improve corporate image in the channel.

- Channel Marketing Strategy: Formulate and craft comprehensive B2B quarterly and annual channel marketing plans that encompass distribution, VAR, DMR, and selected B2B vertical markets. Ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Plan Execution and Analysis: Execute B2B marketing plans, whether TP-Link-led or partner-led, while conducting in-depth analysis to continuously enhance strategies for superior performance.
- MDF Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and finance, to streamline the management of MDF budget. Oversee the end-to-end process, including the creation of MDF plans, approvals collection, content creation, POE collection, and establish plans for improving ROI.
- Demand Generation: Initiate channel-wide demand generation campaigns and programs to champion TP-Link products and solutions, foster lead generation, and catalyze demand within the B2B channel.
- Events and Trade Shows: Strategically plan and execute B2B channel events, including logistics and arrangements, while participating in selected tradeshows and vertical market events. These endeavors should primarily focus on elevating TP-Link's brand image in the channel, amplifying lead generation, and effectively conveying the value proposition of TP-Link products and their practical use cases.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Forge close partnerships with Sales, Product, and Design teams to orchestrate channel marketing deliverables. This may encompass coordinating flyer creation, e-blast campaigns, webinars, training & certificate scheduling, and other marketing activities.
- Events Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed B2B channel events calendar, covering all pertinent activities (both TP-Link-led and partner-led), such as tradeshows, e-communications, webinars/seminars, training/certificate sessions, and more. Plan, execute, and analyze results to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Additional Duties: Execute any other job duties as assigned by the company, as required to support the overarching channel marketing objectives.
- Hold a University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Showcase a track record of proven expertise in B2B channel marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
- Possess robust analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management acumen.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing marketing software and tools.
- Possess a results-oriented mindset with a sharp focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
