For more information, please visit Title: Guidewire Product Lead (Guidewire PolicyCenter / Guidewire ClaimCenter)Work Location: Markham, ON, Canada (Hybrid - Onsite : 03 days a week)Capabilities:Proven experience in Guidewire Insurance suite including Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, Contact Manager Guidewire Edge.Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform capabilities and cloud migration approaches options.Experience in architecting integration solution involving Guidewire to the ecosystem’s applications including document finance payments exposureExperience in integration architecture design and implementationKnowledge of digital technologies cloud computing and modern development practicesCertified in the public cloud AWS or AzureStrong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies mainly agileStrong technical experience This maybe broad experience with the ability to apply it across a variety of customer and business scenariosThe role holder must care about technology and how to exploit it for the benefit of our customersFinancial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisionsAbility to balance long-term direction and necessary short-term goalsGood communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and project colleaguesStrong personal impact and influenceGood stakeholder and relationship managementLeadership skillsNature of Work:Solutions and AssuranceCreate solutions and design for Guidewire Insurance platform Guidewire PolicyCenter Guidewire ClaimCenter Guidewire BillingCenter Guidewire Contact Mgr. based projects to meet client’s standards for technology and ensure they meet our ambitions for availability security resilience and performanceProduce Guidewire design and migration options with associated costs benefits and risks to enable investment decisionsCreate migration solution to convert the policies from legacy system to Guidewire PolicyCenterWork with product owners’ enterprise architect’s platform teams and other project colleagues to agree tradeoffs between long term and short-term goalsResponsible for the integrity of the end-to-end Guidewire solution across Platforms including transition states used to achieve the target stateShape and estimate IT initiatives and feature team sprints ensuring that component parts deliver against business outcomesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiencesRecord any solution debt incurred during the transition phase of the solution and address the same in future phasesIdentify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutionsDevelop mitigation strategies to address identified risksParticipate in postimplementation reviews and provide feedback to improve future solution designsTechnical Leadership:Keep up with technological developments in the Guidewire platform Guidewire integration and evaluate how well they fit into the company’s architectureEvaluate Guidewire Cloud Platform features assess its capabilities against business needs and recommend for adoptionSupport defining the architecture best practices and standards in the Guidewire space and enforcing them in the project solutionsConduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with established guidelinesEnsure design artefacts are produced to support stakeholder group for service security architecture and engineeringPeer reviews the design artefacts of othersProvide coaching mentoring and training to less experienced team members as requiredDesign Community membershipContribute to the Solution Architecture community across client Group leading on or participating in initiatives to improve approach to designDevelop your technical skills to support need to understand and exploit emerging technology trends Risk.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
