MFC Training is currently looking for a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development
  • Organizing and conducting ground school training
  • Organizing an audit team and conducting audits
  • Amendment of the manual
  • Develop Corrective Action Plans
  • Assist senior mangers as requested

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with instructor training and supervision
  • Have held a valid commercial, or higher, Pilot License
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Exceptional organizational skills
