Sr. PeopleSoft Security Developer Analyst
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Sr. PeopleSoft Security Developer Analyst to place at our client, an Enterprise Telecom client.
Client: Enterprise Telecom Client
Terms: 6-month contract (with the likelihood of multiple extensions)
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week

Overview:
As a Senior Security Developer Analyst - PeopleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert in the delivery of solution components, including activities such as coding and application (package) configuration, preparing component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data, and expected results, and performing component and assembly testing.
Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing activity and communication
  • Day-to-day security administration
  • Find opportunities for automation.
  • Design solutions.
  • Hands-on development to move towards automation.
  • Oversee coding requirements and component and assembly test plans. Responsible for the quality of test results.
  • Assist in project charter development, proof of concept testing, analysis, and detailed project planning.
  • May manage and maintain relationships with customers and service providers.
  • Develop and optimize row-level security, permission lists, roles, and user profiles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex security models for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
  • Perform security audits and implement best practices for PeopleSoft HCM security.
  • Mentor team members on PeopleSoft security concepts and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of the customer vertical.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • PeopleSoft HCM 9.X
  • PeopleSoft application security administration
  • PeopleSoft security development
  • Strong understanding of automation in the PeopleSoft security space
  • Fluid
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to speak directly to end clients.
  • Advanced production system support, component/assembly testing skills, solutioning and problem-solving skills, and portfolio/vertical knowledge.
  • Advanced communication (verbal and written), presentations, solid consulting, and customer communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels with clients, vendors, and/or internal teams.

  • Cloud
  • Functional designing
  • Project management and Technical Team leadership skills
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent
