One of our established clients is looking for a Finance Manager to act as their "Business Partner" in supporting the development and execution of product line strategies within the aggregates and ready-mix sectors. Responsibilities:Uphold and promote safety policies across all work environments.Support senior management with actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations, reviewing and analyzing financial results.Assist in monthly forecasting, mid-term planning, and the development of annual budgets.Conduct financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and provide financial guidance to operational teams.Manage accounting and reporting functions, ensuring timely and reliable financial information to senior leaders.Ensure financial controls, and adherence to company policies, and promote efficiency and standardization across product lines.Oversee the management and reconciliation of inventory and fixed assets.Foster effective relationships with operating managers, continuously improve operating efficiencies and maximize asset utilization.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.Professional accounting designation required (e.g., Experience in operational and shared services finance preferred.SAP experience is an asset.Strong financial and business analysis and cost control skills.Proficiency in SAP/ERP BI, GAAP/IFRS.Knowledge of shared services finance models.
