We are currently seeking candidates to join our Corporate Human Resources team in the position of Human Resources Coordinator, located in our Head Office, Dieppe, New Brunswick. The HR Coordinator provides support to the Corporate HR Department through maintaining the integrity of people data and providing support for HR systems. The HR Coordinator will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to selection, and collaborate with hiring managers and the Corporate HR department to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In collaboration with HR Business Partners, lead talent acquisition initiatives such as day to day recruitment, job fairs, student events & community events. Coordinate and deliver Onboarding Programs.
  • Provide support for HR data management by ensuring the data integrity of Corporate employee records including training, benefits, education, onboarding tasks, manage discrepancy reporting, foreign worker / work permit reporting, etc.
  • Support HR analytics and reporting, including compiling metrics and scorecards, dashboard management and development.
  • Arrange business travel for Corporate employees and provide administrative support to the VP Corporate HR as required.
  • Coordinate administration and reporting of recognition and service awards, wellness reimbursements, engagement surveys and other HR activities
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on various HR projects and initiatives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of work experience required with one year of Talent Acquisition support included
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • HR certification (CPHR) would be an asset
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking, or customer relationship management systems is a strong asset.
  • Experience managing small to medium projects and processes with limited oversight from supervisor.
  • Experience using social media outlets for talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Customer focused with superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties, in-person or virtually.
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage several applicants while anticipating shifts in priorities.
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement of this role.
  • Ability to speak French and/or other languages is considered an asset.
