Job DescriptionAs a Graphic Designer, you will contribute to Laura’s success by researching, creating and producing brand right graphic design elements to support print and digital initiatives in alignment with the vision and objectives of the brand and season.
How will you support the team?
- Participatein the elaboration of creative ideas.
- Rendergraphic elements using traditional tools, multimedia, image processing and design software.
- Participatein the creation and the iteration of a range of visuals for print and digital environments.
- Contributeto the brand expression by translating current design trends.
- Communicateand collaborate with Digital, Marketing & eCommerce Team to translate the marketing intent, while ensuring timely execution.
- Ensureall information is detailed and accurate.
- Ensureall delivery deadlines are met and respected.
- Monitorcompetitors’ graphic activities and trends.
- Researchnew material, new concepts and ideas that reflect the seasonal direction of the photography.
The people who thrive with us have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe XD is an asset).
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of current design trends, both in print and digital media.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A basic understanding of image retouching and optimization techniques
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus.
