Senior Administrator

Niagara Peninsula Orthodontics; the office of Dr. Pershad is looking for a positive and enthusiastic Senior Administrator for multiple high-volume offices. The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3 years of experience in a dental or medical office.
The Senior Administrator role duties include but are not limited to:
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Prepare financial documents
- Manage and organize files; both physical and digital
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for a long-term commitment. The ideal candidate must be a strong, positive, motivated leader who can operate at a fast pace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
