As a Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Your leadership and innovative mindset will drive continuous improvement in the customer experience and overall sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing sales team, fostering a collaborative culture

• Oversee sales plan execution, monitor metrics, and collaborate with internal departments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.


Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth targets

• Ability to build and leverage networks.


Location:

Langley, BC, Canada

You must be available to travel nationally/regionally as needed. Approximately 25% of your time will involve travel


Compensation:

CA$145,000 – CA$165,000, plus performance related bonus, healthcare and RSP

Our client will sponsor a working visa and offer a relocation package
