Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Montreal, QC

Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their team. Promote and sell products to clients (pharmacies) within the designated territory, with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Introduce new products with enthusiasm and ensure maximum market penetration as they are launched.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and technical assistants, through regular, face-to-face interactions.
Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and events as needed, networking to build brand presence and identify new opportunities.
Analyze monthly sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted business development strategies for each client.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and product development opportunities, providing actionable insights to the company.
Actively participate in regional and national sales meetings, sharing best practices and strategies with the broader sales team.
Meticulously document all client visits, communications, and follow-up actions, maintaining an organized and up-to-date client database.
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of prospecting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the designated territory.

Promouvoir et vendre des produits aux clients (pharmacies) dans le territoire désigné, en mettant l'accent sans relâche sur l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs de vente.
Analyser les données mensuelles sur les ventes, identifier les tendances et élaborer des stratégies de développement des affaires ciblées pour chaque client.
Surveillez et signalez les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les opportunités de développement de produits, en fournissant des informations exploitables à l'entreprise.
Participer activement aux réunions de vente régionales et nationales, en partageant les meilleures pratiques et stratégies avec l'équipe de vente plus large.
Documenter méticuleusement toutes les visites des clients, les communications et les mesures de suivi, en maintenant une base de données organisée et à jour sur les clients.
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente, avec une expérience éprouvée de la prospection
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Maîtrise bilingue de l'anglais et du français, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale dans les deux langues.
