Old Toronto, Canada Enable International Full time

At Enable, we believe rebates are the best way for companies within the supply chain to create, maintain and grow their trading relationships. Rebates allow trading partners to make the best decisions for their businesses, meaning everyone wins: manufacturers, distributors, retailers and, most importantly, end consumers. At Enable, we’re creating a healthy, vibrant supply chain ecosystem where partner collaboration drives the best products, services and values to customers.

And the market agrees with us. Enable is a rapidly growing, series-D funded SaaS company. Our more than 700 Enablees serve the global supply chain from the UK, US, Canada and Australia, and we have goals of continued international expansion.

As one of our exceptional Enablees, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rebate management. Join us in a dynamic work environment teeming with opportunities, where your efforts will not only establish our platform as the world's leading rebate management software but also help us revolutionize the entire supply chain experience.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and partner teams to deliver high-quality APIs and integrations, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with broader product goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining API and integration offerings based on customer and partner needs.
  • Standards & Security: Establish API standards for documentation, versioning, and security, ensuring compliance with enterprise-grade protocols.
  • Performance & Scalability: Optimize API and integration performance, ensuring scalability, high availability, and low latency. Track KPIs and monitor adoption.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in API management and enterprise integrations to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantages.
  • Customer & Developer Support: Enhance the developer experience with strong API documentation and tools. Engage with the developer community to drive adoption and improvement.
What we are asking you to bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field (master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related role in an agile B2B SaaS environment.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Extensive experience with the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and ECC.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design discussions and decisions with customers, partners and internal teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholder groups and partners.
