Overview

As our Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development and nurturing of relationships with key accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our accounts are well-supported, while helping Frank And Oak expand its customer base. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving brand visibility and sales growth
  2. Develop and implement account strategies and plans, aligned with quarterly sales targets and business objectives
  3. Identify new business opportunities (retailers) and proactively prospect for new accounts to expand Frank And Oak’s customer base
  4. Represent Frank And Oak at trade shows and industry events, generating leads and fostering relationships with potential partners
  5. Coordinate and facilitate showroom appointments with key buyers, ensuring a personalized experience that aligns with Frank And Oak's brand values
  6. Develop and deliver training programs for store staff, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent and sell Frank And Oak products
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on business priorities and seamless execution of account plans
  8. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements
  9. Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to shape account strategies and tactics
  11. Provide top-tier customer service to key accounts, resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  12. Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the clothing or fashion industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business results
  • Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts, pricing, and terms
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, B2B platforms (e.g., Nuorder, JOOR), and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and experience working with eco-conscious brands is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
