Our Ideal CandidateAs the successful candidate, you will be responsible for helping with the preparation of industrial electrical, control and instrumentation designs, and related documents.
Using your considerable organizational, communication and people skills, you will collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets, and to high quality standards.
A Day in the Life- Support engineering for power studies, and the preparation of electrical engineering and design for industrial plants and processes including medium & low voltage power distribution, motor control centers, power and control schemes, single line diagrams, process control systems, PLC and HMIs, instrumentation, equipment and cable tray layouts, cable schedules, cable and conduit routings, grounding and lighting layouts;
- Provide support to contractors during construction and commissioning;
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Registered as an EIT in the province of British Columbia is required.
- Thorough understanding of Canadian codes and standards, governing regulations and industry practices;
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written)
- Proven ability to interact with clients and to collaborate with team members in a multi-disciplined environment
- Technical competence and strong attention to detail.

- A competitive salary between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00 depending on skills and experience.
