Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

YOUR MISSIONS

As the Americas Finance Director, you will be integrated to our Finance Team dedicated to the American Region (US, Canada, Mexico & Latin America) and you will be responsible for :

  • Drive the company’s financial planning
  • Supervise and deliver monthly reportin g
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
  • Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts
  • Participate to group external growth (acquisitions process and acquisitions integration)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven at least 10 years experience as a Finance Director or similar role
  • Proficient in SAP FI/SD and Microsoft Office, comfortable with learning and using new softwares
  • Ideally you also speak Spanish and French
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
