Position Overview:
As the Senior Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the construction side of our operations. You will lead a diverse team of supervisors, foremen, and labourers to ensure the successful execution of projects while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the entire production team to ensure client satisfaction through exceptional customer service, superior workmanship, and uncompromising safety standards.
· Manage the production of construction jobs to meet budgetary and scheduling goals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5 supervisors, 20 foremen, and over 100 workers/tradesmen to achieve project objectives.
· Collaborate with internal departments such as accounting, estimating, and safety to ensure seamless project execution.
· Manage HR functions for all production levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
· Represent the Production Department and collaborate with Senior Management on company vision and growth strategies.
· Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accountability among field employees.
· Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Ensure maintenance of company vehicles, tools, equipment and assets used by construction employees to ensure optimal performance and safety.
· Communicate effectively with Sales and Estimating teams, to provide accurate lead times for new projects.
· Ensure daily communication with clients by supervisors including emails, job progress pics, relevant safety docs, etc.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to field employees in collaboration with Senior Management.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or relevant work experience
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with demonstrated leadership skills.
· Proven track record of successfully managing several large, medium, and small-scale construction projects on-the-go simultaneously
· Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Have strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings, understand specifications, and liaise with architects, engineers and consultants.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· No criminal record
