River Rock Casino Resort is seeking a new member to join our Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the site maintenance of the entire Resort including the Casino, Hotel, Theatre and Marina. Other responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, tests, etc.

  2. Maintaining and repairing equipment, property, and general building and preventative maintenance

  3. Inspection of facilities for safety hazards; repairing and maintaining as necessary

  4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service at all points of contact.

  5. Complete all work orders as assigned

  6. Communicate effectively with management at all levels

  7. Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  1. 4th Class Power engineering or 5th Class Power Engineering plus Refrigeration Endorsement

  2. A good working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, general facility repairs

  3. Ability to work in a team environment

  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

  5. Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel when required

  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

  7. The ability to successfully obtain a GPEB license

  8. Serving It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right Certification

  9. Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication

  10. A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests

  11. A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development

  12. A passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence
