We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Sales/Shopify Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success. 


**Job Summary:** 


The Digital Sales/Shopify Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, primarily focusing on our Shopify platform. This role will involve driving online sales, enhancing the customer experience, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital sales, e-commerce, and Shopify management. 



**Key Responsibilities:** 


1. **Shopify Management:** 


   - Manage and optimize LineStar Utility Supply Inc.'s Shopify store, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date. 


   - Customize and enhance the Shopify store's layout, features, and functionalities to improve customer experience and conversion rates. 


   - Monitor and analyze site performance, implementing improvements as needed. 



2. **Digital Sales Strategy:** 


   - Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive online revenue growth. 


   - Identify and implement opportunities for sales promotions, discounts, and special offers. 


   - Utilize data analytics to track sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decisions. 


 

3. **Customer Experience:** 


   - Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey. 


   - Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 


   - Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve service quality. 



4. **Marketing and SEO:** 


   - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. 


   - Optimize the Shopify store for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and visibility. 


   - Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. 



5. **Inventory and Order Management:** 


   - Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate product listings and stock levels. 


   - Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. 


   - Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 



6. **Collaboration and Communication:** 


   - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to align strategies and achieve business objectives. 


   - Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities to senior management. 



**Qualifications:** 


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 


- Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, and managing Shopify stores. 


- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices. 


- Proficient in using Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other relevant software. 


- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 


- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 


-B2B experience an asset. 



**Preferred Qualifications:** 


- Experience with other e-commerce platforms and tools. 


- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development. 


- Certification in e-commerce.
