Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of IAM solutions across the organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Identity concepts and systems, and a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges. The Senior Manager will guide the IAM team in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring these systems operate effectively post-implementation.

What you will do:

Agile Scrum Practices and Collaboration:

  • Participate in Agile Scrum practices including daily standups and sprint retrospectives.

  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage and prioritize incoming work.

  • Create a supportive environment that fosters mutual respect among team members.

Technical and Operational Support:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate IAM controls into business processes.

  • Ensure IAM systems are compliant with relevant laws and standards.

  • Monitor and report on IAM metrics and performance to senior management.

  • Lead IAM-related projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.

Leadership and Strategic Vision:

  • Accountable for shaping and executing the IAM strategy.

  • Develop and refine the IAM strategy and roadmap.

  • Lead and mentor the IAM team, including hiring and performance management.

  • Collaborate with leadership and departmental teams to support operations.

  • Guide teams through large, complex projects.

Our Technology Stack:

  • Expertise in IAM Technologies: Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration tools.

  • Proficiency in Security Standards and Protocols.

  • Experience with Cloud IAM Solutions.

  • Competence in Agile, Automation, and DevOps.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

  • One or more relevant IAM certifications preferred.

  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies and standards.

  • Proven experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
