Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to join our team for a prestigious luxury apparel retail client based in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM).
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide functional solutions.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to define business processes and ensure alignment with Oracle EBS capabilities.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Perform testing (unit, system, integration) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes in retail or luxury goods sectors is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work onsite 5 days a week, collaborating closely with the client team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
