Role Description

This is a full-time on-the-road role for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple cleaning projects, managing and coordinating cleaning staff, conducting site visits for quality control, and providing exceptional customer service. The Area Manager should be located in Regina, or Saskatoon, SK.

Qualifications

  • Manage multiple store locations all over the province. (Saskatchewan)
  • Experience in managing and coordinating cleaning projects and staff.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning procedures and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Experience in stripping and waxing of VCT flooring an asset.
  • Training skills a must, for improving procedures by night/day cleaners will be a big part of the role.
  • Available for flexible hours, potential night or day shifts.

  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
