THE POSITION

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Stoppler Hughes, you will deliver strategic HR support and guidance to our clients. The Day-to-Day: Integrated and Project HR Support

Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the go-to HR expert for designated client organizations, building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to proactively assess their HR needs and provide exceptional support and guidance.

HR Consultation and Advisory Services:

  • Offer expert advice on a wide range of HR topics, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with their business objectives and drive positive outcomes.

Strategic HR Planning and Implementation:

  • Partner with clients to create strategic HR plans that support their long-term goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of impactful HR initiatives, programs, and policies designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement.

Talent Management and Development:

  • Support clients in talent acquisition efforts, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and managing selection processes.
  • Design and deliver transformative learning and development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities, aligning with client needs and business objectives.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement and retention strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

HR Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency within client organizations.
  • Recommend and implement state-of-the-art HR technology solutions to automate and optimize HR operations.

Be ready to provide other HR-related support as required—our clients count on us for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience/education.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Adobe products, Google Suite, and Mac preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • CPHR certification would be an asset.
