Job Overview:
Are you a Skilled HVAC Installer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and lead our installation projects to success

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  3. Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
  4. Train and mentor junior installers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and code regulations.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an HVAC Installer leading installation projects.
  2. Strong mechanical/technical knowledge and skills.
  3. Ability to braze and solder.
  4. Proficiency in building and plumbing systems.
  5. Knowledge of appliance repair techniques.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  8. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  9. Valid G2 Gas fitter license.
  10. Valid 313D refrigerant License.
  11. Clean Drivers Abstract.
  12. Clean Criminal Background Check (Non-Negotiable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
