Insolvency Analyst

Our Maritimes office is looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in-office and own the following responsibilities:

• Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
• Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
• Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring and follow up by reviewing & entering income and expense information to ensure all required docs are attached, data entry to system, ensure payments are accurate.
• Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization
• Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

Your experience and education

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
• Ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
• Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
