Wholesale Sales Consultant

The Wholesale Sales Consultant role is based out of the GTA (Brampton) and will report to the Sr Manager, Operations - Rogers Wholesale Solutions. This position is integral to the account team supporting our Rogers Wholesale customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

What you will be doing:

You will bring a Customer First mindset, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, Solution Architect, and Delivery teams to provide a proactive approach to customer requests, including coordinating with internal teams, assisting in pre and post-sales activity, account management, and developing new sales and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Key part of the account team, working closely with BDM/SA to plan and implement customer requests
  • Primary point of contact for Customers to ensure timely & effective resolutions
  • Support & resolve all billing & Customer service inquiries via phone, email, and ticket
  • Interaction with internal support teams to ensure high standards of service
  • Support day-to-day requests & action items such as toll-free, credit adjustments, cancellations, etc.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, billing procedures, and payment options
  • Monitor team-related email tracking and respond within service level guidelines
  • Proactively resolve all Customer service inquiries with quality and service
  • Maintain account inventories
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal & emotional intelligence skills
  • Listen for sales cues and refer leads to appropriate Sales account prime
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction & timely ticket resolution
  • Support Rogers Wireline in achieving business objectives
  • Capture & record details in ticketing systems
  • Maintain Customer communication with continuous updates
  • Identify, record & escalate trends in Customer impacting issues
  • Manage/work on special projects as assigned

What you'll have:

  • 1-3 years of Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service experience
  • Minimum Secondary School diploma
  • Computer skills – Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of wireline products
  • Professional interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Excellent team player with relationship-building skills
  • Participate in meetings and conduct Customer-facing presentations
  • Advanced verbal, written & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Wireline & Data Centre products & services is an asset
  • Competency in strategic account planning and business development
  • Excellent people skills and work ethic
  • Outstanding organizational and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual preferred (French & English)
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a sense of humour

This is a hybrid work position requiring you to be in the office three days per week.
