Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Jr. IAM Analyst/Access Provisioning who will support multiple business groups [Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Banking Operations, Branches etc] with provisioning requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up access to applications for various client'sBusiness Groups as requested
  • Work according to the Enterprise Identity and Access Management guidelines and standards
  • Follow the standard operating procedures that have been laid out for each request type
  • Respond to emails from different groups to ensure prompt and accurate updates regarding their open tickets
  • Provide white glove service to the customer while completing the designated provisioning tasks
Desired Skill Set:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication/organization/prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
