About the Job

European Autobody is seeking an experienced Vehicle Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team The right candidate will be encircled by over 48 years of experience, under 11 premium dealerships offering the most extensive selection of luxury, sport and quality automobiles in the local area.

Qualifications

  • Technically knowledgeable, experienced.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, surveying and documenting customer vehicles for damage at point of drop-off;
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation on customer vehicles, including taking photos of customer vehicles at point of drop-off/ uploading files to appropriate locations in database;
  • Responsible for installing vehicle protection at time of drop-off (seat covers, steering wheel covers, paper floor mats);
  • Assisting in coordinating and organizing the lot, assist with dealer runs;
  • Responsible for inspecting the vehicle (post-repair) for paint imperfections, cleanliness, panel alignment, etc.
  • Coordinate all actions required by the team to correct any aforementioned imperfections within a timely manner.
  • Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner;
  • Participate in all safety initiatives;
  • Other duties as required;
  • Understand and follow federal, provincial and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
