Objectif du poste

Dana est un chef de file mondial dans la fourniture de technologies de transmission, d’étanchéité et de gestion thermique de haute technologie qui améliorent l’efficacité et la performance des véhicules équipés de groupes motopropulseurs conventionnels et à énergie alternative. Desservant trois marchés principaux – véhicules de tourisme, camions commerciaux et équipement hors route – Dana fournit aux fabricants d’équipement d’origine du monde entier et au marché secondaire un soutien local en matière de produits et de services grâce à un réseau de près de 100 installations d’ingénierie, de fabrication et de distribution.

POSTE ET MISSION

En tant que technicien Senior, tests de performance, vous serez responsable de l'exploitation de plusieurs cellules d'essai de dynamomètre. Cela comprend le montage mécanique du banc, la mise en service de la cellule de test, l'exécution des tests et la rédaction de rapports d’essai. Vous serez impliqué dans l'exécution d'une variété de portées de test, y compris l'ingénierie, les logiciels, les performances et les tests fonctionnels. Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans la validation des systèmes de moteurs électriques Dana TM4 pour les véhicules électriques (VE) de demain. Dana TM4 est à la recherche d’un technicien Senior, tests de performance suivant un horaire de :

  1. Jour; du lundi au Vendredi de 7h00 à 15h00
Tâches et responsabilités du poste

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

  1. Réaliser des essais de validation sur les systèmes de motorisation électrique tels que les moteurs électriques, onduleurs, chargeurs batteries et contrôleurs de véhicules.
  2. Préparer les montages de banc d’essais incluant les fixtures, l’installation de l’équipement sous test et l’installation d’instruments tels que multimètres, oscilloscopes et couplemètres.
  3. Exécuter les essais en lien avec le plan d’essais
  4. Rédiger les rapports d’essai pour illustrer les résultats
  5. Identifier et trouver des solutions techniques lors de problèmes rencontrés en testant.
  6. Maintenir la documentation technique à jour et créer la nouvelle documentation au besoin
  7. Maintenir le 5S dans le banc d’essai
  8. Contribuer à la formation de collaborateurs
  9. Travailler conjointement avec les autres services pour améliorer les procédures de Test
  10. Travailler conjointement avec les autres services pour améliorer la maintenance et le design des Banc d’essai
ÉDUCATION, COMPÉTENCES ET REQUIS DU POSTE

AEC en véhicule électrique ou Diplôme d’Études Collégiale (DEC) en électrique et/ou électronique
2 à 5 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente comme technicien électronique ou opérateur de machine
Essentiel : connaissance des équipements de laboratoire : oscilloscope, multimètre, accéléromètre etc.
