Our highly trained professionals provide therapy services at our clinic and in the comfort of your home.Role DescriptionNeuroNest Treatment Center is seeking passionate, self-motivated, and reliable Instructor Therapists to deliver full-time or part-time ABA/IBI therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, at school, in childcare, and within the community. Our dedicated team of qualified professionals provides evidence-based, family-centered services that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, goals, and potential. We take a holistic approach grounded in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to reduce challenging behaviours, enhance communication, foster social interactions, and teach self-regulation and functional living skills. All programs are supervised by a BCBA. We are currently accepting OAP, childhood budget, and privately funded clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).QualificationsMust have a College or Bachelor of Arts related to Autism Behavioral Science or Psychology or pursuing such.Experience (1 year) providing ABA/ IBI services to children with autismExperience working with special needs childrenKnowledge of childhood development and Autism Spectrum DisorderMust be a team playerExcellent organizational, interpersonal skills, Oral and written communication skillsValid driver's license and access to a vehicle, TTC or Subway
