Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Coordinator with extensive Excel proficiency to support multiple projects for a utilities client.

Contract Term: 12 months

Potential for extension: Yes

Location: Edmonton or Calgary. Must be willing to come into the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory submission and Business Planning support including cross-functional coordination, dependencies analysis, manual inputs of data, and regulatory business case development.
  2. Support project planning process including business cases, project charters, and procurement activities.
  3. Document and report portfolio and project statuses in the format required.
  4. Identify, document, and track issues and risks.
  5. Provide administrative support to project teams as required, including but not limited to action item maintenance, cost analysis, scheduling workshops and training, and communications.
Must have:
  • 5+ years as a project coordinator
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a regulated environment (i.e. Utility)
  • Managed multiple projects at once, supporting multiple project managers
Nice to have:

Project-based experience with some of Gas and Pipelines core applications, such as (in order of importance):

  4. Oracle Field Service
  5. Microsoft suite of products
