As a Human Resources and Learning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful scheduling and follow up of learning and compliance courses. You will be responsible for preparing and disseminating completion reports for all training initiatives to the market leadership team. You will manage enrollments in our Learning Management System, follow up on associate completion and troubleshoot issues as they come up. You will support the onboarding process by helping facilitate sections of the in-person orientation as well as prepare new hire and uniform packages. You will correspond with government agencies to support the process of obtaining professional credits and tracking attendees. You will work with the Human Resources department and support administrative functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and follow up on all associate training, compliance and performance management participation.
  2. Enroll associates and troubleshoot issues in the Learning Management System.
  3. Create and disseminate reports to leaders on completion rates for HR initiatives.
  4. Participate and lead sections of in-person orientations on Mondays and as required.
  5. Create new hire packages and swag bags for hourly and management staff.
  6. Support uniforming for hourly associates.
  7. Coordinate and schedule learning sessions with internal and external stakeholders for Managers.
  8. Support the process for obtaining professional credits for all relevant courses, track attendees, prepare and distribute completion certificates and correspondence with government agency.
  9. Assist with administration tasks with the broader human resources team.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Well organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in group facilitation an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
  • Experience with LMS and HRIS systems an asset.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
