The HR Systems Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the management, Administration and support of HR systems, streamlining processes, and the training function through systems. This role actively contributes to various HR initiatives, focused on enhancing the efficiency of HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple locations across Canada.

MSP Corp., a leading Managed Service Provider with a strong nationwide presence, is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will oversee the management of HR systems, streamline processes, and lead training initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple locations, including Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities HR Systems Management:

  • A builder and doer within the ADP Workforce Now HRIS - both strategic and administrative duties required.
  • Handle the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to optimize data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to address system-related inquiries and contribute to system enhancements.

Process Improvement:

  • Streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement process enhancements.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver HR-related training plan, with gap analysis by location for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and support for HR-related projects.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with HR systems vendors and other relevant service providers.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance HR operations.

All other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5 + years experience in similar HR role, focusing on HR systems, process improvement, and training.
  • ADP Workforce Now Administration Experience an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools.
  • Working knowledge of provincial employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Canada.
  • Experience developing training programs and systems lead training.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar preferred.
  • HR Certification (CHRP) is an asset.
  • French language skills an asset.
  • This position is hybrid in nature and preferred in Montreal, Edmonton, Toronto, or Vancouver.
  • Full time, salaried role working hybrid and in office as required.
