Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role offers work-from-home flexibility with periodic office presence required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage tax compliance and support audit processes.
  • Develop and implement internal controls.
  • Provide financial analysis and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
