Role: Informatica MDM Administrator

Work Location: Toronto, Ontario / remote

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in installing, upgrading, configuring, or supporting Informatica components MDM/PC along with troubleshooting, patching, and version upgrade testing.
  • Strong knowledge in MDM upgrade installation and troubleshooting major issues during unplanned outages.
  • Working knowledge of configuring various services such as Integration service, Repository service, Webservice, Model repository service, and Client.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs, and performance bottlenecks, working with multiple cross-functional teams like DBA, Unix Server Administrator, and Informatica Global Support to drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration-related issues, including connectivity issues due to firewalls and load balancers.
  • Configure environment variables and database client software for integration and repository services.
  • Familiar with standard code management practices and tools, code deployment, and migration.
  • Project technical tools, onboarding artifacts upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Vulnerability remediation in all Informatica tools suggested by GCS.
  • Added advantage if experienced with other tools like EDC, AXON, or DEI.
