Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Vitthalapur Office
Responsibilities:- Managing complete life-cycle of multiple projects as a Project Manager.
- Preparation of Master construction schedule and monthly construction schedule.
- Prepare & Monitor Project plan schedules in MS project/excel including all civil, mechanical & electrical activities as well as resource allocation and cost estimations.
- Evaluate & recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
- Person will be actively involved in extensively in the area of planning, scheduling, estimating, construction of various civil works, Plan and review engineering activity, cost control etc.
- Interacting with Government, subcontractors, provide support on technical issues, and establish measure for process performance.
- Co-ordination with Client, subcontractor, site staff & Other organization.
- Make the solution program and solve the problem incurred in the project between clients, subcontractors etc.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B. Tech (Civil)/M. Tech (Civil), B. E/M. E (Civil) from reputed Indian institution with 8+ years of experience in project management & construction business (industrial & Infrastructure preferred).
KEY SKILL: Construction Management & Execution, Project Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost monitoring, Estimating/Quantity take off/having knowledge of BOQ/ accumulate and Pick up quantities, Progress Tracking and monitoring - Project Co-ordination, End to end Project Management, Factory/ plant construction experience is desired. Person should be able to read and understand the drawing and design part. Having knowledge of using CAD and BIM Software. Understanding of Related Labour and Safety Laws.
